Pedals, Pipes & Pizza

Saturday, February 12, 2010
from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Pedals, Pipes and Pizza is a program for young piano students who want to learn about the pipe organ. The primary purpose is to introduce them to the King of Instruments and to expand their keyboard experience.

There will be explanations and demonstrations of the pipe organ, and each young person will get an opportunity to play a piece from their current repertoire.  Students will benefit from instruction by Christopher Houlihan -- be sure to attend his recital on Sunday February 13.  The organs at All Saints Episcopal and Hendricks Avenue Baptist will be used in the program.  And, of course we will have pizza for lunch!

We will be starting and ending at:
      All Saints Episcopal Church
      4171 Hendricks Avenue
      Jacksonville, FL

To attend the Pedals, Pipes & Pizza, it is required that you print, fill out, and mail the attached registration form (PPPRegistrationForm2010.pdf). If you have questions or want additional information, please call Jane Daugherty at 737-3218 or Rodney Cleveland at 733-8055.
